Appraisals
Appraisals at Foundation For Good are an important part of supporting your growth and development. They are carried out by your coordinator or manager and provide an opportunity to reflect on your achievements, discuss any challenges, and set goals for the future.
Our appraisals are designed to:
• Support you in your role by identifying development opportunities
• Provide a space for you to share feedback, ideas, and suggestions
• Ensure that your work aligns with the charity’s mission and values
• Recognise and celebrate your contributions to our community

Pension Scheme
At Foundation For Good, all employees are automatically enrolled into our charity pension scheme, in line with the UK Government’s auto-enrolment requirements. This ensures that you’re saving for your future, with contributions made by both you and the charity. Auto-enrolment applies to employees who are:
• Aged between 22 and the State Pension age
• Earning at least £10,000 per year (before tax)
• Working in the UK
Both you and the charity will contribute a percentage of your earnings into the pension scheme, helping you build a secure retirement fund.
Opting Out
While pension enrolment is automatic, you have the right to opt out if you prefer. To do so, simply contact your manager, who will liaise with our accountant to process your request. If you opt out within one month of enrolment, any contributions made will be refunded.
