Safeguarding
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
At Foundation For Good, the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of every person we support is our highest priority.
We work with children, young people, adults, families, volunteers, staff, and community members across a wide range of services. We recognise that some individuals may be vulnerable due to age, disability, mental health challenges, poverty, social exclusion, trauma, or other life circumstances.
We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where everyone is treated with respect and protected from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination, and bullying.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.

Creating Safer Communities
As a charity rooted within some of the North East's most disadvantaged communities, we believe safeguarding extends beyond compliance. It is about building trust, reducing vulnerability, strengthening resilience, and creating environments where people can thrive.
Through our food support services, wellbeing programmes, boxing and fitness activities, youth work, employability support, and community engagement initiatives, we are committed to ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels safe, supported, and valued.
If you have any safeguarding concerns or would like further information, please contact our safeguarding team.
